博士阶段起,师从raybet最佳电子竞技平台金拓教授从事生物大分子药物递送系统的研究,包括蛋白和多肽药物长效缓释、蛋白和多肽非注射给药、可穿戴设备与智能递药系统、核酸通用性合成载体的精准构建及功能化研究,尤其专注于生物大分子药物新制剂和成药性研究。发表多篇有学科影响的研究论文、主持和参与多项国家自然科学基金项目;获得21项专利授权,获上海药学会、教育部、上海市多个奖项。
研究方向:生物大分子新型制剂和成药性递释系统

蛋白、多肽药物增长迅速,已达全球处方药市场的52%,却仍靠频繁注射给药;患者期待的高效非注射久攻不克;长效缓释限于少数产品。核酸的成药化虽有成功案例,仍遭遇载体的低效、毒性,甚至有害免疫反应。这一领域已有数十万篇研究论文,多数文章展示新的可能性,成药性难题常被回避。这一技术短缺构成了本团队的研究方向。

攻克难题的法门在于方法的巧妙与可行。团队在金拓教授的支持下,建立了一系列简捷而可成药首创性平台技术,包括:
1)蛋白多肽的相转化微针贴剂及其高效(远超微针制备标配的模具浇铸)3D打印制备;
2)保持自然构象的蛋白控释系统(微球、温敏凝胶、组织工程纤维)及其制剂工艺;
3)可在靶细胞的胞浆快速释放RNA且一并完成载体的无毒化代谢的合成载体系统;
4)电子元件与内分泌体液超微创接触的可穿戴医疗设备及其在智能给药中的应用。

多年来从事生物大分子递送系统的研究,在导师金拓教授指导下,合作发明了若干生物药递送体系,科研积累如下:

1)发明了低温快速3D打印微针体系,用于胰岛素等多肽蛋白非注射给药的研究;
2)发明了可缓释递送细胞因子蛋白的串珠纤维组织工程再生支架;
3)发明了以亲水高分子电纺纤维膜构建模拟真皮组织,通过体外实验精准实现微针给药体内药动学的精准快速评价;
4)发明了基于蛋白预制剂稳定方法基础上的温敏凝胶缓释技术;
5)主持国家自然科学基金委、科技部等多个科研项目,其中包括国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家自然科学基金重大项目子课题、科技部重大研究计划子课题等多项纵向科研项目;
6)获得授权专利31项;
7)作为共同完成人累计获得上海药学会、中华医学会、上海市、教育部等多项奖励;
